Street outside my house. Gas main being re-laid, this taken at 2.40 pm by which time the workers had all left.

So far they have managed to take out the main phone line (phone and adsl off for nearly two weeks) hit our Gas supply, and today they were pumping trench out as it was full of water....only the Electricity supply to go!!

Looks like I am in the same camp as John Barker.
Oh well, at least we will have heating this winter. I would have stayed cold and dirty for the 100 400 L though!!!

Rakesh on the ball, 16:31 Saltley (Birmingham) Leisure Centre, just a bunch of us IT folk having a kick around. Well except me as I strained my ankle playing last week, so an excuse to do some footy shots!

This was me being domestic earlier on. Extra point for the photographic connection - that's one of my Nova print washers in the background. :-)

Had to take a 'spot the ball' photo as a bit of fun for our open day next week - can you?

I wandered out into the garden with my mid morning coffee (I work from home). A glorious day and my Clematis Montana is in spectacular form!
