Edinburgh today. Bright and sunny, although wind makes it chilly. Pic speaks for itself I think.

Just back from a stroll... It's tiring work, for the youngest member of the family, being pushed around in a buggy.
Low light/wide app/slow shutter.

Taken at 12.50pm today.
I've been having trouble finding a background for this as even the most featureless piece of black card seems to have some macro texture
I'm going to have to find a different background. Lisa.

Took a long lunch today and went for a stroll with my wife around this place, which is about 5 miles from my house. It is still full of bluebells. ----------------------------------------------------------------- -----------------------------------------------------------------

Well that was what I wanted; however after a comprehensive “needs analysis” and a discussion on priorities – I ended up with this...
If you are having trouble with the picture the Mk III is the unit on the right and the 100-400L is on the left & the cost of the nice man who is fitting the whole thing. I am sure they did not look quite like this on the web site!!! It may even be finished this week, only two weeks over time. I am still trying to work out how it will improve my photography or where I fit the memory card, but I have been promised that it will make my life better – right!!!!

I was leaving work this evening and suddenly remembered that I hadn't taken an image for FirstView. Fortunately, I had my S70 in my pocket already and what better than to take an image of the stairs I was descending to exit the building.

Went for a walk, and as usual, could not resist looking for birds nests - found this Black Bird nest on top of a tree stump with five eggs.
Canon Ixus 75 - 11.45am and lovely weather.

Would make a nice dinner this would. Though I'm not sure if the Queen would approve as it was on Arthurs Seat tonight (about 20:10)
