Nope, that's the caretaker's tracks - made a decent diagonal. Shame I didn't have time to make a decent shot, but you can't have everything...

Or, as the plaque that sits on top of my monitor puts it,
And of course, my desk is very, very cluttered. ;-)

I think it was originally from an Einstein quote - "If a cluttered desk is the sign of a cluttered mind, what does an empty desk signify?"

I've certainly heard it put that way, but I didn't know it had any connection with Einstein - seems plausible though.

Easy, really, Will. All the things I use are on the RIGHT side of my desktop, and the LEFT side is for staring at in wonder.

I took this from a bedroom window having watched the birds come and go on the branches of a tree at the bottom of the garden. They seemed to be feeling a bit fed up. Hence the title. E-500, 45-150 at 150mm.

My ability to identify birds is only matched by my ability to identify flowers and I thought an Artichoke was a Thistle!!
They weren't albatroses 'cos they weren't big enough.
I'll take your word for it and yes, they are, if you say so. Thanks,
David.
