Digital Video Camera for Sports Analysis?

Hi, I am looking for a digital camera to use for video analysis of performance in cricket. I need the following functions:

- High quality image (probably HD) essential
- Strong zoom (keeping high quality image) essential
- Easy link and upload to PC (possibly live stream but not essential) essential
- On camera quick playback and zoom (frame by frame etc.) would be desirable but not essential

Basically need a camera to record people playing cricket and upload to video analysis software. Will be used handheld and on tripod.

Any advice for a camera in the under £700 range would be much appreciated
