I'm buying a camera for a present I know there probably not the best but I'm in a budget ?

I'm a amateur when it comes to stuff like this

Or

Both the cameras you mention have a similar spec. so it really comes down to trying them before you buy.

These are best used in daylight if you want to use the long zoom.

Look on Argos at the reviews as well.
