settings help for newbie

good morning, i am a new member and have canon 600d kit lens and couple of zoom lenses, i was in our hotel last night tried to take some photos of entertainment, tried a few different settings, lots of things going wrong i will try post a picture on here so someone might point me in right direction.... if not they are in my gallery

any tips most welcome
