White Balance
Hi Everyone, I have been on a few photography courses and the tutor on both occasions say to keep the WB on cloudy as the colour is better, I am very keen to know how other members feel about this, do you keep your WB on cloudy? any feedback would be greatly appreciated, many thanks ..Caroline

Hi Caroline
Keeping the WB on Cloudy gives your pics a warmer feel - mines usually on that for landscapes unless it's very sunny. Then I take two. One on Daylight and one on Cloudy and decide on the computer later which one I like best...
The thing with digital is, it's so easy to change the white balance afterwards with image manipulation programs...
Cheers!

if you shoot RAW then you can change the WB in PP. i keep mine on auto wb

I as a rule shoot in raw so the white balance issue doesn't really matter
