Nikon d3100 tripod

Hi all,

Some advice please.

I've a Nikon d3100 and I'm looking to buy a tripod which is light weight so I can carry it when out and about walking in the hills. Also it needs to be sturdy for setting up on the beach and coastal paths where it is quite breezy.
