Bought a nikon d3000 recently and still a little confused by lenses.I'm after a lens of either 50-200 or 70-300 with a price range of £150.Can anyone help?

Hi finlee. welcome to the forum There are a few lenses that may suit you, a nikon 55 -200 vr costs about £200, a sigma hsm 70 300.Their are 3 versions of this lens the first is just a 70 300 lens . cost about £150, this lens gets mixed reviews The second is an apo version costs about £220. I have one of these and find it a good lens and the third is with os, sigmas version of vr, costs about £300 And a tamron also do a 70 300 costs about £150 which gets good reviews and will also auto focus on a nikon 3000...good luck .
