What compact camera?

Hi guys I am in the market for a new camera and have been reading reviews but came on here to get some advice.


I am looking a compact digital camera.

Budget: £250 (but could stretch to about £270). I kinda want to be able to get a case, spare memory cards with this as well.

Camera use: The camera will primarily be used on nights out in low light level nightclubs and pubs and photographing people on these nights out so I am assuming face detection, anti-blur and image stabilisation play a big choice in the camera I eventually get. I would also like to use the camera for when I go on holiday so architecture, canals, landscape that kinda thing. A pretty big list to fill for that kind of money.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Have a look at the Fuji F200 EXR which has a slightly larger sensor than most compacts so is better in low light.
