A PM or email to state that the module is being returned would also be nice as the last two modules I've had returned there has been nobody at home to sign for it. So I've had to wander down to the post office to collect it...




The problem is even if you are told it is being returned as you have no control over that date you cannot gurantee being able to be at home when it is actually delivered so I am not sure you gain much. One has the same problem with internet orders except you can control those as you can place an order for next day delivery for a day you know someone will be available ( or pay a premium for a particular time span!). On the whole the system seems to work well as modules are returned by recorded delivery, which is pretty secure, and it is just unfortunate if you have to collect it. That's better than it going astray.
