OK I am trying to print and it looks nothing like the original. Yadda yadda. 1) I calibrated the screen. Doesn't look much diferent. 2) Did a profile First Aid. Loads of profiles damaged so fixed those. 3) Thought maybe the yellow was out so ran a nozzle check. Light Black a bit icky but yellow fine, did a clean, looks perfect. 4) Set Profiles. I have Epson 2400 Premium SemiGloss Photo Best as the profile for the print. I also have it in Print and in Print Settings . Screengrabs of all settings in those links. I also get this error but I don't think its relevant no? Still no good. This is the original: Bigger This is the print before fix: Bigger This is the print after fix: Bigger Theres a little less yellow in the highlights but not much has changed. Where am I going wrong? Im sure I have the right profile everywhere but I *cant* have. Then I tried to save the screengrab as Save For Web jpeg and the jpeg version suddenly looked a bit like the problem I am getting with the printer - here are both shots: Bigger Its probably changed a bit with the jpeg so try this, straight screengrab, not touched at all (big file): here You can't see well on these pics but they're stupidly, stupidly magenta in real life, they look almost pornographicly purple... ![]() So it *must* be a profile error right? Aaaggggghhhhhhhh!!!!! What have I missed out????!!!! |
