Panasonic Lumix DMC LX-2

Hello,
I am thinking of buying a Panasonic Lumix DMC LX-2. I have read a number of reviews and it seems to get a superb response.
I just have one question to ask.
How does this camera perform in very cold and wet conditions? ie Up a mountain at 1000 metres at -20 deg C. Can anybody answer this?
