At that price I'd snap it up quick, last time I saw one in the local Jessops they wanted £199.99, I paid £56 +p&p on line for mine.
The f4 is from 55-120mm, then 4.5 > 160mm, 5 > 180mm then 5.6 from 180-200mm, at least that is on mine which is Minolta fit, see no reason for it to change with the fit.
You can use this while you do the weight training and saving up for an f2.8 Nikkor with image stabilisation.
