I have Vista Home Premium, and have had no problems. When first connecting my new computer I had a small problem, but contacted the Virgin help desk and they were very helpful. It turned out that I should disconnect the broadband cable, start my computer, then plug the cable back in. The PC would then find all the drivers and the connection worked first time.
