My husband is after a new compact and seems keen on the TZ3. Seeing as I know nothing about it, I wondered if anyone could offer any advice. Thanks.

http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/panasonictz3/ have a look there, and by the way, panasonic recently were voted as either the, or one of the most reliable camera brands! the optical image stabiliser is excelent, the lens is VERY good for a compact. i dont own one but do own another panasonic and have so amazing photos from it! if i was in the market for a good compact camera id deffinately be seriously considering it!

Yep he does want it definitley. I think its removed all other competition.
