Scary guy, very scary to to a 13 yr old.
Just after this photo I moved in for another 'shot' and he said;
"If you get any closer with that camera - you will be up my bloody nose!"
I was so shocked by his words, I took two steps back and lowered my camera.
Info: taken in 1973 with a Yashica GT, Tri Pan X film, lost in a photo album, recently found, badly bleached but scanned and reproduced.

Goodness knows how old his now, but from what I hear - he is still as cranky as ever.
wee story:
me and a mate of mine, called BASIL, in an Edinburgh pub, noticed a freind of his, sitting by himself banging his head on and off a table. At first, we wondered if he was blocked [pi$$ed] and after a while we thought we should do 'something'.
Anyway, after some more medical whisky, he started to tell us why he was so drunk. He was a R0yal Pr0tection 0fficer and the reason why he was so drunk was because the duke actually spoke to him. He was still in shock!
Roger explained that his job was to secure [a certain area] that normally - no one would come from. And for 4 years no one ever did.
But one day the Duke opened the door and walked out, he breathed in an out loudly and then said:
"Great Morning!"
and Roger, thinking that the Duke was talking to him said
"Yes, isn't it"
The Duke looked around and said:
"I wasn't talking to you! I was talking to my dogs!"
and then called on his dogs, gave them much attention, and walked off into the grounds and completletly ignored Roger.
