Um, when you say "dev your own" do you mean literally dev it yourself ie you want a darkroom? If so then do it at home ie bathroom.
If you mean "where can I get it dev'ed" I dont know the area but someone may come along soon. Im sure a quick google would bring up any labs/darkrooms in your area.

Second hit for "Southport darkroom" gives me Southport Photographic Society who have details of darkrooms/courses on their web page.
I take it doing it at home is not an option?

You can develop film at home, all you need is a dark bag and running water.

If you're onoly dev'ing film all you need is a changing bag and tank. It doesnt even have to be dark. I used to do it in my kitchen, which was about 3 foot square!

Yup, I'm a kitchen sink processor too And my mate's farther-in-law manages to do his printing in a large walk-in cupboard!
