Hello my lovelies
I have finally started my beginners photography course yay! And my mind was set on the 600d but during my 1st evening the tutor said to look at the 5d.

What do you guys think ,my instinct is to stick to getting the 600d especially after I found a comparisson on snapsort.com. But due to my inexperience am I missing

Many Thanks Tina x :)

Hi the 5d is a fine camera but it is old I have a 550d and i have no complaints, the 600d gives a swivel screen and wirless flash control which are very nice features if you need them. You say that this a a begineers course IMHO i would go for the 600d it is not a begineers camera its a step or two up from that and I am sure you wont out grow it any time soon. good luck

I would also add have you tried out the 600d if not got a shop and hold it make sure it is right for you

Your tutor probably suggested the 5D as it's a full frame sensor. The 600D has an APS-C size sensor.
