G3 or 5100?

Can anybody help please...?

I've been looking at buying a Nikon 5100 for a while now but the more I read about the Panasonic G3, the more I think I should buy a G3 instead.

Many reviews suggest that the quality of the G3's images are comparable to entry level DSLRs such as the Canon 600D and the Nikon D5100 so why shouldn't I buy myself the G3 and save myself a small fortune?

Any pointers or advice are more than welcome. Cheers.

Honestly, Id go for the d5100, the low light performance is astonishing for the price, as is the rest of the image quality, and it should theoretically have muuch better handling (try them out for yourself for a much better judgement) than the g3, its just a better camera, and youll find investing in an established camera company such as nikon will be much better in the long run, with a muuuuch better range of lenses and flashes and cameras :)
