Skiing videos

Hi

I am looking for a compact camera to take video while skiing. My two main criteria are

1. It MUST have a viewfinder (because you can't see a thing on a screen in bright sunlight on snow)

2. It MUST have an optical zoom of at least 5x and preferably more.

It doesn't seem to exist, unless I have missed something.

Any ideas gratefully received. Thank you in advance.

Hi Take a look at the canon g10. It has a viewfinder & 5x zoom. Hope this helps ... graham

Thanks. Might have to do, although it's a bit heavier than I would like and the zoom is marginal.
