Fuji F550EXR Anti Blur

We got this camera back in May for our hols to Egypt and it seemed to do a fairly good job. I have been playing with various settings but cannot seem to get the Advanced Anti Blur setting to work. No matter which setting I go through it is greyed out - I can;t get to it via the EXR setting either. Has anyone else had this?

Also, which ISO level is best for everyday shots? Quite often we are getting blurred shots if something/someone is moving. Normally have it at 400.
