What compact camera to buy with a budget around the £200 mark?

Im looking for a camera that will shoot high quality photos and videos particularly in low light conditions, with a video mode that can handle loud music. Can anyone recommend me a camera please, so far i have looked ate the following models;

Sony dsc hx7v
nikon s9100
canon sx230
panasonic tz20

I would be very greatful if you could tell me which one of these is the best camera or can recommend a camera for the purposes i want it for.

I would say the TZ20 as ive heard and read alot of good reviews about that camera, the canon is also a good choice.

I would visit a good camera shot and try out your chosen few and gat a 'hands on' feel to see which camera will do what you want it to. Better this way than to order one from say a catalogue or brochure and then end up being disapointed, all the best.
