Simple newbie advice

Hi All

Looking to buy entry level decent camera, question is which one. I'm looking along the lines of

Olympus EP2 Pen
Nikon D3000
Olympus E450

And I am open to other suggestions

Budget is £500 tops. Thinking second hand would be good as I can get a couple of lenses maybe with that amount.

I must admit to lusting for the Pen as it looks great...

Any thoughts?

Just general pics, nothing in particular. Just want to be able to take some good quality images.

have you seen the
Canon EOS 1000D 10.1 megapixel it falls in just a bit over your price range but
jessops have that now as a deal with twin lens , 8GB SDHC Card ,Bag, UV Filters for both lens for just £568 and that brand new for £68 more
nice dslr for the price

All the cameras you have listed have inter changeable lenses is this a route you want to go down
