Hey,
I've never owned a digital camera before, but i'm fairly familiar with aperture and shutter time settings etc from 35mm cameras and borrowing friend's digital cameras. I was wondering what the best dslr i can get image quality wise for £500.
I've only looked at canons so far and on amazon i can get the EOS 500d with 18-55mm lens kit for £500, seemed perfect. Can anyone suggest a better alternative or vouch for the 500d? I've just started a gap year before uni and seemed an appropriate time to get a camera...
cheers
