Buying new compact digital camera

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a new compact digital camera and was looking for some advice/recommendations.

I currently have a samsung digimax A503, which I have been really pleased with, but have had it a good few years and feel its time to upgrade to a more modern model. I use my camera for day to day phototaking, holidays, nights out, family and friends etc etc.

I dont really have any specifics i'm looking for other than good clear photo's,, and have a budget of up to £150. Any advice or recommendations?

Ok, maybe I didn't give enough info??

I have been looking about and think I am now between these 3......does anyone have any advice or comments on whether these are decent cameras or not?
