Digital Compact Camera

I need some help, my Fuji F30 has just packed up and I am looking for a camera with following qualities:

Compact
LCD Screen
Good Video
Good Pictures in all light. (Fuji was good for this)
I think about 10mps
Good zoom

Will pay up to £350.00

Anybody got any ideas?
