Very nice and balanced review. For me and most of potential users the lack of hot shoe is not an issue. The most important is the small size, very good picture quality in comparison to compacts, fast auto focus, nice LCD touch screen and good video. I'm ordering this camera today.

Looks good but for the iso 160 which for some reason a few compacts also do. Why in a 4/3?
