Like a reflector, but for white balance, the Xpo balance is a pop-out grey card and colour balance that will help get perfect exposure and colour time after time.
One side is grey for white balance and exposure, the other is white, grey and black to include in a scene to set the same point in Levels.
That level can then be saved and applied to all following images in a batch. Great.
