Well i happen to have one too, compaired to toher compacts i do not think the screen is too tiny , it is a decent screen and i like the auto brightness feature , the results are amazingly good , but i think that is to thank to the real Leica Lens that this camera has . it lies good in one's hand and it is fast and a joy to use bought it to accompy my nikon D80 dslr

I have one too, my first digital in fact. You could write on your thumbnail what I know about cameras! All I wanted was to point and shoot. If you want that to and are phoyographically challenged like me-get one of these. I am astounded by the qualit of picture this little baby produces with little input from me. I tie flies for fishing and in macro the pics come out perfect. This camera in auto mode does all and more I could possible need. Highly recommended, trust me it's soo easy to use.

Yeah the camera is good if you want a point 'n snap. it's also good if you want to be able to change a range of configuration options, there is one drw back there is no way(that i've come across)to use the zoom function while your in the video(motion picture)mode? i wonder why? It's quite annoying!
