| Pros: | Well built, lots of space, built-in lock, removeable inner section |

| Cons: | Expensive, niche |
The Pro Roller X series looks like a luggage case, but open it up and the main section is carved up by Velcro-ended dividers - ideal for your gear.
The handle features a tripod bush on the top so you can screw on a mini camera mount (included) and use as an impromptu ‘tripod'. You can also attach a proper tripod using the holder and loops provided.
A built-in retractable cable that can be threaded through your zips and secured via a TSA-compliant 3 digit combination lock is a great feature.
There are three models: the x100, x200 and x300. The first two follow carry-on regulations but - and here's the clever bit - if you fly with an airline strict about luggage size you can remove the inner section and carry as a backpack.
Verdict
Overall this a brilliantly thought-out case which perfectly fulfils the jet-set photographer niche, and with all the dividers removed can be used as a regular case too.
