Review of the Sanyo Xacti C6

The C6 is a fl ash-based video camera. It’s also a 6MP stills camera with 5x optical zoom and 60x digital zoom. Video is recorded on MPEG 4 with stereo sound and a widescreen option; stills are recorded as JPEG. The camera comes with a dock for docking, A/V connection and USB downloading. The 2in LCD fl ips from the side, and the controls are clustered behind the lens housing. All the controls are easy to use and reach, ideally placed for the thumb. It’s also lightweight which means video can be jerky, and as it’s really designed for onehanded use, the risk of camera shake is higher than usual.
