Review of the Casio Exilim EX-S10

The EX-S10 is currently the world’s smallest and thinnest 10.1MP digital camera, yet no real sacrifices have been made on quality to reach this world-best. Its 2.7in LCD screen is impressive, and the stainless steel body (available in four colours) give the EX-S10 a stylish look. There is also motion blur detection technology, which allows the camera to automatically take a photo the instant handshake or subject movement ceases.
The start-up time is fast and there are a staggering 36 scene modes to choose from. Even though this camera is small, it does pack a punch in the sturdy stakes and although the small controls can be somewhat fiddly, the menu is easy to follow and it’s not bad on the image front either. It’s got an ISO range of 50-1600 and controls noise well throughout the range with pleasing image sharpness.

Our Verdict:
Despite its size, this camera delivers a good specification and results for its ticket price.
